Cream Chicken Wild Rice........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

 

Natural chicken broth, whole milk, heavy cream, onion, carrot, wild rice, rice cabbage, chicken, celery, modified food starch, butter, flour, seasonings and salt.

 

Chicken Basil Chili........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

Tender diced chicken, onion, tomato and plump navy beans are simmered in a rich veloute scented with southwest seasonings, sweet cream and snipped basil.

 

Chicken Veggie Stew ........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

Pearl onion, russet potato, carrot, celery and mushrooms are simmered in a  burgundy scented broth with tender morsels or chicken, peite pois an sweet cream.

 

Clam Chowder Supreme ........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

Natural clam broth, clams, potato, heavy cream, whole milk, celery, onion, butter, flour, modified food starch, red bell pepper and seasonings.

 

Chicken Gumbo........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

Onions, celery and red pepper sautéed in a spicy blend of oregano, thyme, ground peppers and file powder, in a tomato chicken broth with cabbage, rice, carrot, okra and diced chicken

Miniature Italian meatballs are simmered in a light basil scented chicken broth with minced onion, celery, carrot, red pepper, spinach and plump semolina stars.

Natural chicken broth, whole milk, broccoli, cheddar cheese, onion, and heavy cream.

 

Hearty Beef & Vegetable Stew........... Large (16oz)  Small (8oz)

Generous chunks of choice chuck beef are simmered in a burgundy laced gravy with pearl onion, celery, tomato, petite carrots and russet potato.

Domestic mushrooms are paired with porcini, wood-ear, oyster, and chanterelles in a rich garlic scented chicken veloute embellished with sherry and snipped chive.

Kernels of fire roasted corn with potato, onion, green chilies, red pepper and black beans and cilantro laced vegetarian broth with flavors of the Southwest.
